By creating an account or using In & Out Calories you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@inandoutcalories.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) according to their billing terms. We receive only a subscription status flag — no payment card details are stored on our servers. Cancellations, refunds, and billing cycles are governed by the platform through which you subscribed.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or decompile the app; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts; use the app for any unlawful purpose; or upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or content.
Health Disclaimer
Calorie estimates, BMR calculations, macro targets, and all other nutritional or fitness guidance provided by this app are approximations only. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult your doctor before making significant changes to your diet or exercise programme, particularly if you have an existing medical condition.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software in the app is owned by or licensed to In & Out Calories. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of the personal data and logs you create within the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, In & Out Calories is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for inaccuracies in nutritional estimates, health or fitness outcomes, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via the app. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
